• Other Inspections -Date 10/14/94. Findings and action taken:
Erosional, structural and appurtenant structures were monitored. Inadequate vegetation was
observed on the downstream slope of the embankment. The embanlartent was reseeded. A
burrow on the embanlonent was filled in. Cracks approximately 1/2-inch wide were observed
on the crest of the downstream face of the spillway to the north abutment. The cracks were
filled and tamped. Stakes were used to mark the cracks to monitor future activities. A blind
was constructed of riprap from the emereency spillway. The blind was taken down and returned
to the emereency spillway. No discharge occurred during the quarter.
