EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS
Slurco Corporation will monitor the effluent parameters shown in Table 1 in order to obtain an
indication of the probable compliance or non-compliance with the post-mining outfall effluent
limitations required by the Colorado Depar[tnent of Health at the Reclaimed Canadian Strip
Mine. Table 1 summarizes the discharge limitations (maximum concentrations), and sample
type for these effluent parameters. The site will be monitored and sampled according to the
requirements of the discharge permit (Permit Number CO-G-850014) issued for the site.
Discharge of stormwater is however unlikely at the site.
REPORTING
Monitoring results obtained by Slurco Corporation for the Reclaimed Canadian Strip Mine
during the previous 3 months will be summarized and reported on Colorado Department of
Health approved discharge monitoring report forms, attached here in the Appendix I. Slurco
Corporation will submit its quarterly reports by April 28, July 28, October 28 and January 28
for the previous, respective quarter. [f no discharge occurs during the reporting period, "No
Discharge" will be reported.

Slurco Corporation will also continue to provide the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology
a copy of water quality monitoring reports under its existing NPDES Permit.
SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS METHODOLOGY
Slurco Cotporation will use analysis and sampling methods conforming to Colorado Regulations
for Effluent Limitations (10.1.5) and to 40 CFR Part 136.
