Barrier, whose address <br />and telephone number are 580 White Pine Drive, Alamosa, CO 81101; <br />(719) 589-6994, filed an application to conduct peat and sand and gravel <br />mining and reclamation, at or near Section 17, Township 37N, Range 12E, <br />6th Prime Meridian, in Alamosa County.
