Also enclosed herewith please find Proof of Mailing and Filing, executed by the undersigned, with Exhibit 1, being the Public Notice, Exhibit 2 being the list of adjacent land owners or interested persons, Exhibit 3 being the receipt for placement of the Amendment Application on April 2, 1985, Exhibit 4 being the receipt for placement of the Amended Mining Plan Map, Exhibit C, on April 10, 1985, and Exhibit 5 being the white receipts for Certified Mail, along with the green Return Receipts.
