<br /> <br />NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMIT <br />FOR LIMITED II~ACT (110) OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO TEiE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF TFIE LOCAL SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />Gyu~ ~s oN DISTRICT <br />/~'~~das M,k <br />az .~~~ " <br />(the Applicant/Operator") <br />has applied for a Limited Impact (110) reclamation permit from the Colorado <br />Mired Land Reclamation Hoard (the "Board") to conduct mining operations in <br />/~/,vSa~aLe County. The attached information is being provided to <br />ne=ify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire <br />-_~lication is on file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the <br />"Division") and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />T:.c applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to <br />Foitts~i~ use. Pursuant to Section 34-32-116(7)(j), C.R.S., the <br />Bcard is required to confer with the local 5oi1 Conservation Districts before <br />approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would <br />appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
