Should a precipitation event or snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof <br />'in order for an exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) fer the appropriate period. <br />See Section I.B.3. <br />2. Repo rting of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part T.8.1 shall be on a <br />quarterly basis. <br />Monitoring results obtained during the previous 3 months shall be summarized and <br />reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms, postmarked <br />no later than the 28th day of the month following the completed calendar quarter. <br />For example, for the 1st quarter (January, February, and March) the quarterly <br />report must be received at this office postmarked no later than April 26.
