At this time, cover material (if any) can be trucked directly from the area <br />stripped to the reclaimed area, graded to final contours and then re-seeded. <br />The access road directs all truck traffic to the gravel pit along [he southern permit boundary and <br />accesses the county maintained Redvale Road approximately 800' east of the nearest dwelling. <br />The planning of this road minimizes the effects of dust and noise generated by the operation on <br />the rural lifestyle of [he local community. <br />Overhead power lines cross the Phase I area and are illustrated on the Exhibit C-1 map. San <br />Miguel Power Association maintains an easement for these structures. The operation will not <br />affect the stability of these structures. <br />The only commodities [o be mined are construction materials. Construction materials include but <br />are not limited to pit run gravel, road base, and screened sized gravel. No secondary commodities <br />are to be mined or extracted. <br />The construction products will be used for the production of concrete and road construction. <br />Additionally, the gravel products are used as select and special fill for construction sites. <br />D-2 <br />
