<br />SEC'3TON SEVEN <br />Gradine on Termination <br />Licensee agrees, upon the termination of this agreement, to slope all sharp and <br />precipitous banks of any sand and gravel pits so as to reduce any hazard to livestock, but <br />shall not be required to fill up any sand or gravel pits or excavations resulting from the <br />operations as provided in this agreement. Licensee covenants and agrees to perform and <br />complete all reclamation required by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology at the <br />termination of this agreement. Licensee covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold Owner <br />harmless from any expenses and/or attorney fees incurred in connection with the enforcement <br />of the provisions of this or any other section of [Iris agreement. <br />SECTION EIGHT <br />Use of Machinery <br />Licensee shall have the right to place on the above described property all <br />necessary machinery, equipment, tool sheds and other structures required by Licensee in <br />connection with the operation, but with the full right and obligation to remove all of such <br />machinery, equipment and structures within twenty (20) days after the termination of this <br />agreement, either by agreement with Owner or otherwise. <br />Bindin¢ Effect of Agreement <br />This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, executives, administrators or <br /> <br />-~- <br />
