Miller
concerning the transfer of the pe rnrit application for the above-captioned
operation from Mr. Miller to Terra Construction Company. Your letter of
December 22, 1982 confil~ns Terra Construction's wish to be considered the
applicant for this permit. When I receive a letter from Mr. Miller that
formally withdraws him as the applicant, this will complete the transfer
of tiie application. I will plan to schedule this application on the
January 26-27, 1983 Board meeting agenda as a request for a continuance
of the application and a change in applicant to Terra Construction
Company.
As was discussed earlier this week, additional material will be needed
before this application can be considered adequate. I will not plan to
write an adequacy letter until further materials are submitted to our
Division.
Please feel free to call Ine if I can be of any assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
'~>~rti~ ~ ~~~
Mark S.
