Dear Messrs. Westhoff:
As a result of the above referenced Beard meeting I want to provide
you with following information. First, the Board motion is as
follows:
MOVED that (n order for MORGAN SAND b GRAVEL COMPANY to be recognized
to have made reasonable effort to secure a permit and to complete their
application. they be required to notify the appropriate adjacent land-
owners and that they post bond in the amount of $40,000.00 sometime
prior to the October Board meeting, and that If such actions are not
carried out that the Beard consider at that time an Immediate Cease add
Desist order.
Accordingly. the firaE.thing you need to do Is republish and mall ~
a copy of the first publication to the adjacent landowners. I have
enclosed a copy of a co~aplete letter and on the back you will find
~ Instruetlons on how to pablish the notification. I would advise you ,,

The bond Is to be posted before the October 24-25, 1979 Board meeting
Enclosed Is a copy of the Board agreement with the appropriate words
written In pent~l. This form should be filled out and returned along
with any other material the bond company submlis.
The presentation of your permit will be tentatively scheduled for the ~~~.
November meeting of the Board. Prior to that date, 1 intend to send `~
you a letter outlining the presentation and emphasizing the most ~<
important points. in the meantime 1 would itke you to send me a copy
of the deed or other legal document verifying ouuAiership of the surface ~~
