As shown on <br />Exhibit C-3, Lots 3 and 4 are the N%=NW'/< of Section 3. <br />My letter to you dated December 5, 2005, transmitted the legal description for <br />EnCana's parcel number 2135-273-00-015 from the Garfield County Assessors office. <br />The Section 3 legal description'on the parcel shows Encana owns the SY:NE'/4, <br />S'/:NW'/., S'/z and Lots 1 through 4 which is all of Section 3. <br />Enclosed is another copy of the referenced properly ownership form with a line under <br />the Section 3 legal description.
