The site is located southwest of the summit of Ninemile Gap between Meeker and

The site consists of several buildings, including barns,

sheds, and houses. The structures are found in two main groups. The main house
(Structure 11) was originally constructed in 1924 and was remodelled in 1950
(Rio Blanco Couaty-Assessor's Office). Structure 10 was also constructed in
1924, All of the other 6uildiags are listed as "old" in the tan assessor's
habitatlon, livestock raising,
