The <br />area flattens out to the south and southeast toward Curtis Creek. The area <br />drops off sharply to the west gad southwest and then flattens out to a valley <br />with drainages. The ridge continues gad rises is elevation to the north and <br />~~or$~~gt~a~ge Curtis Creek <br />12) Wean Sice Elevation (above lSSL) 7160 geet; [z .3048] 2182 metes <br />13) SITE DESCBSPTION The site consists of an open lithic scatter, which contains <br />flakes, utilized gad retouched flakes, a scraper, a biface, 3 nano fragments, <br />a metate and fragments of burnt bone. Most of the material was found on the <br />south gad southeast facing slopes of a small knoll top. These slopes are relatively <br />open, but these is dense vegetation on the knoll top.
