These Wrens include:
GROUND WATER CONTAMINATION BY SETTLING PONDS; Agile Stone
Systems, Inc have stated they aze not aware of where the water table lies. This I believe is of
paramount concern since the residents of Parkdale, CO rely oa natural wells.
AGGREGATE MINE'S NON-COMPLIANCE WITH FREMONT COUNTY'S
MASTER PLAN FOR PRESERVING SCENIC HWY. 50 ARKANSAS RIVER
CORRIDOR.
BLASTING EFFECTS ON AREA WILD LIFE AND REPRODUCTION AS
WELL AS DISTURBANCE TO FISH HABITAT AND SPAWNING.
TRAFFIC HA7.ARn OF LARGE TRUCKS ON COUNTY ROAD 157 AND US
HWY. 50 INTERSECTION.
- WATER POLLUTION OF TALLAHASSEE CREEK AND ARKANSAS RIVER
FROM SEDIMENT AND RUN-OFF.
- BLASTING EFFECTS ON AREA RESIDENTS' FOUNDATIONS AND
WELLS.
S~y~ ~~
MARK N.
