We appreciate the Division's consideration of
stipulating this requirement, if necessary.
b) Attached are letters from the Colorado Division of
Wildlife (2/19/96), and the United States Fish and
Wildlife Service (2/8/96), which provide the necessary
Threatened and Endangered Species clearances as
required by Rule 2.02.2(2)(h).
c) Attached is the response from the Office of Archaeology
and Historic Preservation. They have recommended that
"in the event there is Federal involvement, a
professional survey be conducted to identify any
cultural resources in the project area". In the event
of that Cottonwood Land Company files for a Federal
Coal Exploration License, this recommendation will be
followed.
2) Adequacy Review
7
1) Page 2 of the application is intended to read "T5N".
This correction is noted and hereby recorded.
