Tltc boundary of the proposed mining operation anJ the proposed <br />floodplain Study are iJcnlified on the attached map labeled Vicinity Map. The applicant shall <br />conduct the study based on the topography as depicted by the September 1999 aerial <br />topographical photo prepare) by the applicant. Upon approval and acceptance of the Study by <br />I.arintcr County and fire City of I,uveland, the applicant shall submit the study to FI;MA in the <br />Form of an application for a LOMR. In the event the proposed [Wining plan would cause a rise in <br />the tlootlwater surface elevation as compared with existing conditions, the applicant shall revise <br />its mining plan so that a rise will not result from the proposed activities. Any violations of the <br />L:vimcr County Floodplain Rcsofution on the LaFargz Property must be addressed to the <br />silisfaction of Larimer County Engineering Deputmenl before mining may progress. The new <br />flood study must be complete and submitted to lbc iarimer County [nginecring Oepa,tmcnt prior <br />to the hearing before the I,arimer County Commissioners on this matter. <br />
