AGRI-DLD, LLC., agrees to the four conditions (see attached) outlined by Randall Ferris
of La Plata County Electrical Association in building an access road under L.P.E.A.'s
power line.
AGRI-DLD, LLC., owner of the proposed AGRI-DLD Gravel Pit, will repair, or pay to
have repaired, any damage to La Plata Electric Association power lines crossing the
property which may occur due to mining operations. The AGRI-DLD Gravel Pits
proposed location is off La Plata County Rd 307, in the W'/= of the SE'/4 of Section 35,
T34N, R9W, and NMPM.
