<br />EXHIBIT B <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The predominant soil type at the site is the Graypoint Gravelly Sandy Loam, a deep well- <br />drained soil on broad alluvial fans and terraces with an approximate elevation of 7740 <br />feet (NAVD29). For reference see the attached information provided by the Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service (MRCS). The predominant types of vegetation are: <br />Indian Ricegrass, Western Wheatgrass, Needleandthread, Blue Grama, Winterfat and <br />Fourwing Saltbrush. Wildlife species are Jackrabbit, Cottontail, Coyote and various <br />rodents. <br />The only permanent manmade structure on the site is a fence along the southern <br />boundary. There are no water resources on the site. <br />The site is basically a very flat lying site sloping gently to the east. An existing gravel pit <br />lies to the southeast (Southway's Garrett Pit) and another lies a Yz mile to the north (the <br />Malouff Pit). <br />
