EXHIBIT B
SITE DESCRIPTION

The predominant soil type at the site is the Graypoint Gravelly Sandy Loam, a deep well-
drained soil on broad alluvial fans and terraces with an approximate elevation of 7740
feet (NAVD29). For reference see the attached information provided by the Natural
Resources Conservation Service (MRCS). The predominant types of vegetation are:
Indian Ricegrass, Western Wheatgrass, Needleandthread, Blue Grama, Winterfat and
Fourwing Saltbrush. Wildlife species are Jackrabbit, Cottontail, Coyote and various
rodents.
The only permanent manmade structure on the site is a fence along the southern
boundary. There are no water resources on the site.
The site is basically a very flat lying site sloping gently to the east. An existing gravel pit
lies to the southeast (Southway's Garrett Pit) and another lies a Yz mile to the north (the
Malouff Pit).
