DANIELSON, DEPUTY STATE ENGINEER <br />SUBjEGT: QUILLEN COIvIPANY -BUTLER RANCH, VILLARD, ESTEY RANCH ~l, <br />DAVIDSON AND FEDINEC PITS, MOFFAT COUNTY; APPLICATIONS <br />FOR MINING AND RECLAMATION PERMTPS <br />As requested by your office, we have reviewed the application for 5 sand, <br />gravel and crushed stone pits near Craig. The applicant states that each <br />pit "will be operated as a dry pit with no effect on water rights or hydrology <br />of the area" , If this statement means that no water is required for dust <br />control, irrigation, sanitation or other purposes, we have no objections to <br />the applications.
