No ground water <br />will be contacted or will there be any water used. There will be no operation in the River <br />during times of high water or if there is water present. This operation will be the same as <br />all of the other operations that are in effect at the present time in Lincoln County that <br />removes material from the Arikaree River. This operation should also fall under the court <br />order, to wit; Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County v.
