<br />Section 9: That portion of the SE'/. lying irtunediately South of the South right-of-way boundary of
<br />The Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad, and lying immediately North of the
<br />centerline of the North Fork of the Gunnison River, extending from the East section line
<br />of said Section 9 to a line 1650' West of and parallel to said East line of said Section 9.
<br />Containing 5.2 acres, more or less, Gunnison County, Colorado

<br />Section 9: That portion of the SE'/.lying immediately South of the existing South boundary of the
<br />right-of--way of Colorado Highway 133 as same is located as of the date of this Lease,
<br />and lying immediately North of the North boundary of the Denver and Rio Grande
<br />Western Railroad right-of--way and extending from a point where the said South
<br />boundary of Cohoado Highway 133 right-of--way converges with the North boundary of
<br />the present stockyard site of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad on the West to
<br />a point where said South boundary of said right-of--way of Colorado Highway 133
<br />converges with the North boundary of [he right-of--way of the Denver and Rio Grande
<br />Western Railroad on the East.
