Said judgment constitutes per diem penalties assessed by this Court for Defendants' <br />continuing violation of Gilpin County Zoning Regulations for a period of 144 days, and does not <br />preclude additional assessment of per diem penalties for continuine violations of Gilpin County <br />Zoning Resolutions. <br />
