Petrock of PETROCK & <br />FENDEL, P.C, pursuant to §30-28-124.5(4) C.R.S., moves this Court for an Entry ofJudgment For <br />Per Drem Penalties against Defendants, and as grounds therefore, states to the Court as follows: <br />1. The Defendants have previously been found by this Court to be in violation of a Gilpin <br />County Zoning Resolution. Specifically, Defendants have failed or refused to obtain building <br />permits for two separate structures upon their real property located in the Gilpin County. <br />
