[ sent to C.O.D.T. previously a wpy of <br />my mining patents which show this property is in tha Ray State mining district. If you would look to the <br />act item #15 does not give to this state or any wrporation of the State of Colorado jurisdiction, in fad, the <br />Bnabling Act exempts the state from mining properties in mining districts when this state was formed. <br />The mining patents point us to the state Cor a mining plan of the D.M.O. in putting together a mining plan <br />which we are currently doing.
