Provide a statement describing species and habitat of wildlife that <br />might be affected by the proposed operation, <br />£:. Tne proposed access road is shown to be passing under a power <br />line. The parking area, stockpile areas and southern tip of the <br />pit are within 200 feet of the power line. Please provide a <br />statement from the owners of the power line that they have reviewed <br />the Oak CreeK Pit plan and have no objection to a permit being <br />issued.
