•A. DEFIMTION OF EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS
1. Effluent Limitations
Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through June 30, 2006, the permittee is
authorized to discharge from outfall 001, the discharge of mine drainage and surface runoff to Fish Creek; and 002,
the discharge of domestic effluent prior to entering the Emerald Spring spoils spring.
In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and
the Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002-61,the permitted discharge
shall not contain effluent parameter concenvations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed
the flow limitation (where specified).
