The pit <br />involved is known as the Wallace Pit. <br />1. Duplicate copies of the application. <br />2. Exhibit "A" Legal description. <br />3. Exhibit "B" Mining plan and map. <br />4. Exhibit "C" Pit map and general location map. <br />5. Exhibit "D" Water, wildlife, vegetation and soil information. <br />6. Exhibit "F" Compliance with local government regulations. <br />7. Exhibit "G" Source of legal right to enter. Agreement. <br />8. Bond in the amount determined by the Board. (To be submitted later) <br />9.
