1. The area encompassed by the fence is 20 Acres.
2. There is a 3 ~ San Luis Valley Rural Electric Coop.
Power line and County Road along the south side of the pit
and a ditch on the west side of the ditch, other wise none
of the features mf~ntioned in your letter exist within 200
feet of the bound:cries of the affected area.

1. Contact has been make with Dennis Myers concerning
fugitive dust permits, he is sending information to Summit.
2. Topsoil from new excavations will ve stockpiled to
the south.
