Prior to PC consideration: tl The traffic report shall be revised to include concrete/asphalt operations and a smtcmral analysis of the road shall be submitted (esal impact to the road cross section including shoulders). Boring of road and shoulders will be required. B. The narrative and constmction drawings shall be revised to include the gas pipeline. C. It appears that additional county road rights-of--way shall be required for the decel lane. The plans shall be revised to show a 3' asphalt shoulder and t' gravel shoulder. Documentation shall be submitted that adjoining landowner is willing to grant the additional rights-of--way (actual dedication shall be required prior to issuance of the Class II permit). D. The site plan shall be revised to show accessway to the adjoining north lot, litnits of construction on the county road, track maneuver analysis for a WB 50 at the curves and comer of CR 309 & site, circulation for trucks entering site going to pit (verification that stacking will not occur within rights-of-way). Prior to BOCC consideration: A. The source of water shall be approved by the Division of Water Resources. Information regardhrg quantity shall be submitted (additional comments tray follow after submittal). B. 100% construction drawings shall be provided. The plans shall also include profile, cross sections, drainage, culverts (calculation for size of pipes), gravel cross section, stripping, signage, and limits of [he retaining wall. A grading plan shall be submitted for the commercial area (additional comment may follow submittal). C. The county attorney shall be contacted for the necessary easement dedication to the County. The applicant shall provide exhibits for easements. D. An agreement to mitigate the traffic impacts shell be reached between the applicant and staff. E. A geohazard analysis of the area that the road crossed shall be submitted (also a copy shall be sent to the road design engineer for his review). After consideration by the BOCC and prior to issuance of the Class II perntit A. The Division of Minerals & Geology permit shall approved by the State and approved DMG plans submitted to our department. B. A development improvements agreement shall be executed with [he county. C. The standard right-to-work in the County rights-of-way license and road unprovements agreement steal] be executed. D. Engineered signed and stamped construction drawing and traffic study shall be provided. P. The rights-of--way easements shall be dedicated to the county and recorded.
