Box 1030 Executive Director <br />Colorado Springs , CO 80901-1030 M¢hael B. long <br /> Division D)rector <br />Re: Receipt of 112 Construction Materials Reclam ation Permit Application, Grisenti Farm, Gravel Pit, <br />File No- M-2001-U05 <br />Dear Mr. Hermans: <br />On January 26, 2001, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit application for the Grisenti Farms Gravel Pit, which is located in Fremont County. All <br />comment and review periods began on January 26, 2001. The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br />April 26, 2001. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality <br />of the proposed mining operation once a wezk for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first <br />publication, mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any <br />recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 fee[ of the boundary of the affected <br />land. Proof of notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions [o the <br />application on Hie in our office must also be reFlected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Fremont County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether i[ is adequate to meet the requirements of the <br />Ac[.
