indicates that al] preliminary items required oy the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Section 34-32-~~ have been submitted;
thus your application has been deemed complete for the purposes of filing on this
date. All review and discussion time periods as provided for by the Act and the
Rules 6 Reyulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing,
unless you notify us by Oct. •11, 1983 that you wish a later filing date, as per
amended RULE 1.1(10) of the a orementioned Rules & Regulations. Please refer to
this RULE concerning compliance W1Lh local government zoning, as well.
Tne tentative date for consideration of your application oy the Mined land
Reclamation Board is Dec. 14-15, 1983 You should commence puolication of a
notice of the filing o this app ication accordingly (see reverse side for notice
format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE 2.2 Because the date for
consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice.
For Limited Impact permit applications, the final date for filing of objections,
which must be stated in the publication, must be 48 Hours before this
tentative date for Board consideration.
You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential
items, with the Prowers County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or
additions to the cop T- es on~ile in our offices must also oe made in this local
government copy.
