Deft. o? ?l~a?ural Reso~~rces <br />(b) NOV NO. 81-14 was for "initiation of operations at <br />the Northgate loadout facility without having an <br />approved permit". <br />NOV NO. 81-15 was for "failure to construct sediment <br />control facilities prior to initiation on operations <br />at the Northgate loadout facility". <br />NOV NO. 81-16 was for "failure to protect stockpiled <br />topsoil from wind and water erosion". <br />(c) June 17, 1981 - Parties met for informal assessment <br />conference at the MLR offices in Denver, CO. <br />September 24, 1981 - A formal public hearing was held <br />at the MLRB meeting at 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />CO. <br />(d) All three closed. <br />(e) NOV NO. 81-14: Permit approved for the Northgate <br />loadout facility. <br />NOV NO. 81-16: Topsoil stockpiles were seeded and <br />mulched on April 24, 1981. <br />(f) Violations 81-14 and 81-16 were abated. <br />Walden Coal Company was fined $700 for violation <br />81-15. <br /> <br />
