The
applications appear to be complete, and I have scheduled both for Planning
Commission review on December ]8, 1985, and Board of County Cortuoissioners'
review on January 27, 1986.
Unless the City of-Fort Collins requires annexation of Pit No. 1, I would
expect both requests to be approved with appropriate conditions by Larimer
County. I am aware that Larimer County has utilized Pit No. 1, based upon
lease agreements between the County and Mr. Nauta, dated December 28, 1972,
and August 25, 1977.
Please call me if you have questions regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Gerald L.
