Acid or toxic materials would <br />be cazefully analyzed and disposed of according to all local, state and federal rules and <br />regulations. If acid or toxic materials were found, Cheyenne County would initially <br />contact the D.M.G. and the local and state Health Departments for expertise in dealing <br />with a situation such as this. <br />Rule 6.3.3.(1) Talked with landowner and a local well driller and they stated ii water can <br />be found, it would be at least 250' deep. Excavation will go down approximately 12' per <br />Mining Plan. Cheyenne County as operator does not intend to get anywhere near <br />groundwater sources.
