Rule 6.2. I (2)(e) states that the acceptable range of map scale shall not be lazger than 1 inch = 50 <br />feet nor smaller than 1 inch = 600 feet. The map scale on all map will be change to I inch = 500 feet <br />to meet this requirement. The location map will not have to be changed since it meet the <br />requirements for scale as submitted. <br />Exhibit C- Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />2. The maps now show the power line that crosses the proposed permit area and the affected lands <br />area This power line is located neaz the north permit boundary. The name of the owner of the power <br />line is the SAN ISABLE ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION, INC. POST OFFICE BOX 892, PUEBLO, <br />COLORADO 81002. The phone number is 719-547-2160, and fax is 719-547-2229. This should <br />fulfill the requirements of Rule 6.4.3(a) and (g). <br />3. The map in this exhibit now shows the access/haul roads to/from the county roads as affected land. <br />This was necessary because the Division determined during the pre-operation inspection that <br />the roads are to be upgraded. Since the addition of the hau]/road will constitute an <br />amendment of this application. Rule 1.6.6, requires that all applicable deadlines shall begin <br />anew. Therefore the applicant will publish and mail a new notice of the application. <br />4. All maps now show the Affected land boundary and the symbol for that boundary line is also <br />shown in the map legend. The maps should now the total picture of what is the permit <br />boundary and what is the affected azea boundary and the phasing. <br />Exhibit D- Mining Plan <br />5. The applicant would like to restate its position on the concrete and/or asphalt batch plants. The <br />applicant will from time to time for construction projects in the area, will erect a portable a <br />concrete batch plant or a hot mix asphalt plant the plants will not became permanent for the life <br />of the mine. No permanent plants (facilifies~r buildings are plan now or in the future for this site. <br />Since no permanent plants are planned the locations of such azeas need not be identified . <br />No reference to a permanent plant shall pertain to this applicafion. <br />
