EXHIBIT D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Reclamation of the area will be on going with sloping of the site at 3:1 or less as areas of the pit has <br />had all the usable sand and gravel mined. Topsoil will be salvaged and stockpiled on site for use in <br />reclaiming the area. These stockpiles will be seeded with a fast growing cover such as Prosso <br />millet, western wheat grass or forbs or other recommended seeding by the NRCS. Overburden will <br />also be stockpiled and treated the same as the topsoil stockpiles. The seed mixture as recommended <br />by the NRCS is blue grams, side oats grams, little bluestem and western wheat at 35 Ibs per acre <br />with 40001bs. of native hay, noxious weed free, crimped in at a depth ofi-4 inches per acre. <br />Fertilizer will be nitrogen 40 Ibs per acre and phosphorus 40 per acre per the NRCS <br />recommendation. <br />There aze no buildings on the site, nor will any be erected for this operation, nor will any ponds be <br />left unless the landowner should request it to hold water for livestock. The area will be returned to <br />open rangeland. Any area that is planted with the recommended seed mixture by the NRCS will <br />have the topsoil and any augmentation disked prior to planting and allowed to settle. Seed will <br />chisel into the soil and crimped and copered with a covering of noxious weed free naturathay, or _ _ __ <br />other recommend covering from the NRCS. Grazing will continue in the area during the life <br />to the pit. <br />EXHIBIT F <br />Other permits <br />A A.P .E.N permit will be the only other permit required and will be applied for once the <br />operation has been approved and permitted by the Division" and Lincoln County. <br />EXHIBIT H <br />There are no municipalities with two miles of this operation. The nearest town would be Icarus! <br />Colorado approx 12 miles southwest, Best route to the site would be from Hugo Colorado South <br />on CR Hwy 109 to Hwy 94 then east approximately 4 miles to CR 36 the 1/2 mile north. <br />EXHIBIT L <br />There are no permanent man made structures within 200 feet of the operation. Same owner of <br />all land within 200 feet of the operation. <br />
