It is also recommended that a <br />different access road to site 15-OS be used to avoid potential impacts to cavity nesters and the <br />two ponds. <br />None of the threatened, endangered or sensitive species that could potentially occur within the <br />Gunnison National Porest would be adversely impacted by proposed drill pad sites 14-06, 15-05, <br />15-07, 15-09 or 15-09. No impacts to locally nesting bird species are expected because all <br />construction activities will be conducted outside of the nesting season. There is no habitat for <br />any of the TES species listed in Table 1 at sites 14-06, 15-05, 15-07, ] 5-09 or 15-09.
