ADOPTING A DECISION ON REQUEST FOR
' CONDITIONAL USE-GRAVEL EaT RACTION/AFT ZONE

' Planning Department No. C36-83
' WHEREAS, W.R. and W.T. Hall sought to obtain a condi-
tional use permit for gravel extraction in the AFT Zone on the
' following described land situated in the County of Mesa, State
' of Colorado, to-wit:
That part of the SW~SE% and S'~SWi Iying
t South and East of the Orchard Mesa Canal No.
2, in Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 1
East of the Ute Meridian; together with an
easement for access over and across the South
' 40 feet of that part of the SWIySSJZ of said
Section 26, extending from the West boundary
line of the said SWiSWZ (being 32 Road), East
' to the West boundary line of the above described
property. This easement may at the discretion
of the grantors, be used by others; it may not
' be shared or conveyed by grantees, except to
their successors in title, or grantees,
licensees or invitees. The restriction upon
grantees to share or convey said easement, as
' above defined, shall be void upon the grantors
conveying title to the said SWZSWZ to any third
party or parties. ~

' WHEREAS, the hearing before the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Mesa was held.
' WHEREAS, the Board considered the evidence presented
at the hearing and the zoning maps and regulations of the County
' and FINDS:

' 1) That the hearing was duly held after proper notice.
2) That the Mesa County Planning Commission
' recommended approval of the conditional use subject to staff
comments.
