AND W.T. HALL <br />' Planning Department No. C36-83 <br />' WHEREAS, W.R. and W.T. Hall sought to obtain a condi- <br />tional use permit for gravel extraction in the AFT Zone on the <br />' following described land situated in the County of Mesa, State <br />' of Colorado, to-wit: <br />That part of the SW~SE% and S'~SWi Iying <br />t South and East of the Orchard Mesa Canal No. <br />2, in Section 26, Township 1 South, Range 1 <br />East of the Ute Meridian; together with an <br />easement for access over and across the South <br />' 40 feet of that part of the SWIySSJZ of said <br />Section 26, extending from the West boundary <br />line of the said SWiSWZ (being 32 Road), East <br />' to the West boundary line of the above described <br />property. This easement may at the discretion <br />of the grantors, be used by others; it may not <br />' be shared or conveyed by grantees, except to <br />their successors in title, or grantees, <br />licensees or invitees. The restriction upon <br />grantees to share or convey said easement, as <br />' above defined, shall be void upon the grantors <br />conveying title to the said SWZSWZ to any third <br />party or parties. ~ <br />' and, <br />' WHEREAS, the hearing before the Board of County <br />Commissioners of the County of Mesa was held. <br />' WHEREAS, the Board considered the evidence presented <br />at the hearing and the zoning maps and regulations of the County <br />' and FINDS: <br /> <br />' 1) That the hearing was duly held after proper notice. <br /> 2) That the Mesa County Planning Commission <br />' recommended approval of the conditional use subject to staff <br /> comments. <br /> d <br />l <br />ff <br />d <br /> 3) That the approva <br />Planning Sta <br />recommen <br />e <br />subject to: <br />(a) Paving the haul road from the Orchard Mesa <br />a <br />Irrigation Canal to 32 Road. <br />
