M- <br />2000-158, APPROVAL OF A 112 PERMIT APPLICATION OVER OBJECTIONS <br />This Pre-heazing Order is proposed to the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("the Board") by the <br />Pre-hearing Conference Officer, Sandra Brown, to govern the hearing in this matter. This Order, <br />and amendments thereto, if any, shall be effective upon approval by the Board. If any party has <br />objections to the provisions of this Pre-hearing Order, those objections must be raised at the final <br />hearing before the Board during its deliberations under Section VI.1 below. <br />I. FORMAL PUBLIC HEARING <br />The Formal Public Hearing on this matter (unless noticed otherwise) shall be held before the <br />Boazd on June 27, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. at the Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado, 80203, Room 318, during the Boazd's regulaz June meeting. <br />II. PARTIES <br />1. The Pre-hearing Conferences in this matter were held on April 17, 2001, in Milliken, <br />Colorado and June 4, 2001 in Denver, Colorado.
