STONE (the "ApplicanUOperator")has applied for a Construction Materials Limited <br />Impact (110) Reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd (the "Board") to conduct the <br />extraction of construction materials in ~ A R,mEk County. The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The applicantloperator proposes to reclaim the affected land to P.Rn1G E L.A N q use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may wnfer with the local Board of County Cotntnissioners before <br />approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Boazd would appreciate your comments on the proposed <br />• operation.
