Each party shall have the right to make a claim for loss of business profits. 22. Right to Assign. Lessor agrees that the Lessee shall have the right to assign this Lease to any financially responsible assignee with the prior written consent of the Lessor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Lessee shall notify Lessor of the name and address of the assignee of the Lease thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the assignment. 23. Employment of Attorneys. The parties agree that each party has employed at his sole cost and expense his attorney in connection with the negotiation, preparation and review of this Lease Agreement. 24. Notice. Any notice required or permitted by this Lease Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given for the purposes, if sent by verified or registered mail, postage and fees prepaid, by facsimile transmission or personal delivery, addressed to the party to whom such notice is intended to be given at the address set forth below, or at such other address as has been previously furnished in writing, to the other party or parties. Such notice shall be deemed to have been given when deposited in the U.S. mail, when received by facsimile transmission or when delivered.
