Description <br />shall be by township, range, and section, to at least the nearest quarter- <br />quartcr section. A metes and bounds survey description is also acceptable. <br />Also, the street add[ess or lot number(s) tray be used. This information is <br />available from the County Assessor's o1~ce or U. S, Geological Survey <br />(VSGS) maps. <br />(2) A map showing information sufficient to determine the <br />location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed roads <br />or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operation. <br />Names of all immediately adjacem suefacc owners of record shall also be <br />shown. The operation location map shall be a standard 1:24,000 scale U.S. <br />Geological Survey map. Tfie location of the proposed operation shall be <br />shown and labeled with the mitre site name. <br />6.3.2 E%H1BIT B -Site Ikecritstion <br />Items (a)-(c) below must be addressed to the extent necessary to <br />demonstrate compliance with the applicable performance standard <br />requirements of Rule 3. At a minimum, the Operator/Applicant shall <br />include the following information: <br />(a) a description of the vegetation and soil characteristics <br />in the erne of the proposed operation. The local office of the Soil <br />Conservation Service (SCS) may provide you with this information <br />as well as recommendations for Exhibit D - Rcehunation Plan; <br />(b) identify any permanent man-made structures within <br />two hundred (200) feu of the affected area and the owner of each <br />structure. Hach structure should be located on Exhibit E -Man: <br />(c) a description of the water resources in the sera of the <br />proposed operation. Identify any streams, springs, lakes, stock <br />water ponds, ditch, reservoirs, and aquifers which would receive <br />drainage directly from the affected area. Provide anY information <br />elevations and water <br />(d) A wildlife statement prepared by the Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife (DOW) is not required for Limited Impact <br />Operations.
