The Division's 1986 inspection indicated that the old heap ~s <br />dominated by the undesirable invader species of big rabbitbrush. '"he SCS <br />may assist you with the vegetation analysis. Additionally, the olcl heap <br />should not be considered released from further reclamation requirements <br />until a financial warranty release inspection and final release <br />determination is made. <br />Section E.4.3 Test Heap and Office Area <br />79. Test results for the Barren pond solutions, as presented in Appendix J <br />are illegible. Please provide a clear copy for review. <br />80. Please specify how the test heap was analyzed to determine cyanide <br />content. Please provide sample preparation details. <br />81. Please specify the volumes of pond solution and heap materials requiring <br />removal. <br />82. Please submit analysis of the pond solution quality following batch <br />experimentation involving sulfuric acid addition such that this method of <br />pH adjustment may be evaluated.
