Improvising <br />and using a tool to drag the elopes after broadcast seeding will <br />put the Bead in close con~.act xith the soil and enhance the <br />chances for successful establishment of the planting. <br />IIse of Tudraulic equipment for seeding and mulching is not <br />recommended except as a metcod of last resort.
