PART II <br />Page 15 of 19 <br />• <br />B. RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. Inspections and Right to Entry <br />The peraittee shall alloy the DSrector of the State Water Quality <br />Control Division, the EPA Regional Administrator, and/or their <br />authorised representative, upon the presentation of credentials: <br />a) To enter upon the permlttee's premises where a regulated <br />facility or activity is located or La which any records are <br />required to be kept under the terms and conditions of this <br />permit; <br />b) At reasonable times to have access to and copy any records <br />required to be kept under the terms and conditions of this <br />permit and to inspect any monitoring equipment or monitoring <br />method required in the permit; and <br />LJ <br />c) To eater upon the permlttee's premises to investigate, within <br />reason, any actual, suspected, or potential scurce of eater <br />pollution, or nay violation of the Colorado Water Quality <br />Control P.ct. The iavestigatioa may include, but is not Limited <br />to, the folloviag: Sampling of any discharge and/or process <br />waters, the taking cf photographs, later.•lewiag permittee sraEf <br />on alleged vio'_ations, and access to nay and all facllit.i?s or <br />areas vithia the permittee's premises that may have any affect <br />oa the discharge, permit, or alleged violation. <br />d) The Division shall split any sample taken with the permittee Lf <br />requested to do sa by the permittee. <br />2. Duty to Provide Information <br />The permittee shall furnish to the Division, within a reasonable <br />time, nay information which the Division may request to determine <br />whether cause ezists Eor modifying, revoking and reissuing, ar <br />terminating this permit, or to determine compliance with this <br />permit. The permittee shall also furnish to the Division, upon <br />request, copies of records required to be kept by this permit. <br />3. Transfer of Ownership or Coacrol <br />A permit may 6e transferred to a aex permittee if: <br /> <br />a) <br />Code: i - 29 <br />The current permlttee notifies the Division in writing 30 days <br />La advance of the proposed transfer date; and <br />Date: 1-84, revised 12-88 <br />
