EXHIBIT A
SLOPE WORK PLAN
1. Construct one catch fence approximately 50 feet uphill from the
house and approximately 150 feet long.
2. Construct one catch berm approximately eight feet wide by
approximately 300 feet long, approximately 20 feet above the catch fence.
3. Construct one catch berm approximately ten to 15 feet wide and
approximately 500 feet long above the catch berm, described in Number 2, and
as close to the large rocks as possible.
4. Construct one cable basket around the rock area identified
previously by the parties and anchor it with a double deadman anchor.
5. The attached map, marked Figure 1, shows the approximate locations
of the work described above.
