It is
understood that the permit application was deemed to be complete
on April 16, 1990, and that all comment and review time periods
initiated from this date. Official comments and permit
deficiencies were not received from the MLRD until May 14, 1990.
This is 29 days and the review procedures for Limited Impact
Operations allow 30 days for the MLRD to review and identify any
deficiencies in the application. CCCM cannot answer the MLRD
deficiencies in one day. Therefore, CCCM will agree to extend
the 30 day review period. CCCM will provide the MLRD with
answers to the deficiencies as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
w1-L
Steven Schurman
MinSearch, Inc.
SS:dh
xc: George Otten, CCCM
7985 Vance Drive, Suite 307 • Arvada, CO 80003 • (303) 420-2709
'11930 Menaul NE, Suite 112 • Albuquerque, NM 87112 • (505) 298-8235
III III III IIIIIIIIII ` lYl- 90-0~1/
