The contractor was advised to moisten the material. A sample was obtained and returned to our <br />laboratory for checkpoint Proctor determinations The results did not match any previous curve for this project; <br />therefore, a Standard Proctor and classification test (Sample #1) was pertormed. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Chuck McCulloh of Seneca Coal Co. was notified of today's test results. <br /> <br />
