After re-inspecting the site on
April 8, we have found that mining operations at the site have
changed since the permit's issuance, and a technical revision to
your permit is required to continue the current mining practice of
excavating the pit at slopes steeper than 3H:1V. As a reminder,
this technical revision is due on June 14, 1996. After it is
submitted to the Division, your financial warranty will be
recalculated while taking the changes to the permit into account.
Your company is not required to post additional bond at this time.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567.
Sincerely,
C ~ ~ ti
C~~"~nAO~-~..~ ~G~.,~tir~,~c~i
Christina L.
