These resources have not been evaluated for inclusion in the <br /> National Register. However, they must be considered to be Eligible for <br /> • inclusion in the National Register until a formal determination has been <br /> completed. <br /> [ ] Information* regarding cultural resources pending nomination to or on the <br /> National Register of Historic Places in the proposed project area is <br /> attached. <br /> Our files contain incomplete information for this area as the vast majority <br /> of Colorado has not been inventoried. There is the possibility that as yet <br /> unidentified Cultural Resources exist within the proposed impact area. <br /> Therefore, in the event that there is Federal involvement, we recommend that <br /> the federal agency conduct a professional survey to identify any Eligible <br /> Cultural Resources in the proposed project area. <br /> We anticipate consultation with this office regarding the Effect of the <br /> proposed project on any Eligible resource in accordance with the Advisory <br /> Council Procedures for the Preservation and Protection of Historic and Cultural <br /> Resources (36 CFR 800). <br /> Please provide this office with the results of the survey for our review of <br /> professional adequacy and compliance. <br /> Barbara Sudler <br /> State Historic Preservation Officer (Acting) <br /> • *Information regarding significant archaeological resources is excl ded from <br /> the Freedom of Information Act.
